- In no event shall the C4SEM, be liable for any damages of any kind, including direct, indirect, compensatory, special, consequential, punitive, and/or incidental damages related to the products sold.
- Buyer must know the local and state laws before purchasing or bidding (auction event or sites).
- Buyer must have valid contact information, which includes a verifiable address, email, and phone number.
- All used firearms should be inspected by a competent gunsmith before use. California and C&R license holders are okay to bid on approved items check with your local dealer before purchasing or bidding (auction event or sites). to see if the firearm is transferable to you.
- Returns are accepted for some items but will have a 20% restocking fee and will only be accepted within 3 days of delivery confirmation, item must be in the original package, with everything included in the delivery package, and must not be used or tampered. If the auction is won and the item is not legal in your area you will be responsible for restocking fees. Return shipping costs and fees are the buyer's responsibility. Once a firearm has been transferred to the customer, any issues must be directed to the manufacturer. C4SEM is not a warranty repair center. If a firearm is returned by the transfer FFL due to NICs decline or a customer refusing shipment, the purchase will be refunded minus shipping both ways and a 20% restocking fee.
- Once the auction is over and you are the confirmed winner, C4SEM will have an automatic email sent over with payment instructions along with all our contact information. Under no circumstances we will cancel or retract winning/current bids on our auctions. If you win an auction and cancel for any reason the 20% restocking fee will apply regardless if the item has been shipped.
- C4SEM will try to respond to inquiries outside of our normal operating hours but it might not always be possible.
- No sales to California due to prop 65. This includes firearms, ammo, and accessories.
- Firearms shipped to FFL dealer only, a copy of FFL must be provided before shipping.
- Indiana residents must pay a sales tax of 7%.
- Local Pickup is available as always.
- In-store layaway is available.
- Payments MUST be received within 5 days of auction end or the item will be re-listed and sold to another buyer.

C4SEM CI AR-15 LOWER RECEIVERS
Many of the manufacturers whose products we carry will have a standardized test fire protocol for not only their complete firearms as well as parts such as upper receiver groups and bolt carriers. Because of this test fire protocol, some items will show evidence of the test fire process such as brass and carbon residue on internals or brass markings on case deflectors.
1. Warranty:
C4SEM warrants to the original purchaser of its products that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the entire time that the product is owned by the original purchaser. The original purchase must be in the United States. The sole and exclusive remedy is limited to repairing or replacing, at our option, any product manufactured by C4SEM that is determined to be defective. Any defective product will be remedied by C4SEM or its authorized representative without charge, other than freight and insurance charges for the return of the product. If we send you a new product, we will keep the defective one.
2. Exclusions:
C4SEM will not be responsible for defects, malfunctions, or required repairs resulting from:
- Improper assembly of a firearm using C4SEM parts, using parts not manufactured by C4SEM or using incorrect components.
- Damage or breakage to C4SEM parts during assembly by the purchaser, such as stripping threads, or cracking parts due to overtightening or snapping trigger guard ears due to improper installation.
- Unauthorized or improper modification or alteration.
- Improper repair or disassembly.
- Careless handling, abuse, neglect, criminal misuse, negligence or use under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Unreasonable use, i.e., use of the products under conditions more severe than those for which they were designed and intended.
- Normal wear, tear and/or corrosion.
- Use of defective or improper ammunition including remanufactured ammunition.
Note: All liability is excluded if the instructions in the C4SEM Operation and Safety are not fully observed.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
- NO EVENT WILL C4SEM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, LOST PROFITS, INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
4. Fees.
Firearms or parts that are returned to C4SEM Manufacturing for service that is not covered by the Warranty will be evaluated to determine if the service is to be charged a fee. We will notify you by email or phone of the fee to be charged for the repair. If you approve the work by return email or phone, you must provide a credit card number (together with the name on the card, the expiration date, the CVV, and the billing zip code) to cover the cost of the repair.
