All Applicants who apply for certification under Chapter 31 or VA LACAS programs are required to upload a copy of their DD-214 (if applicable), Joint Services Transcript (JST), and/or military and/or college transcripts.  If you don't see the upload feature or if it isn't available on your browser, please email it to registrar@c4sem.org.

All Applicants who apply for certification under Military COOL programs are required to upload a copy of their Joint Services Transcript (JST) and/or military and/or college transcripts.  If you don't see the upload feature or if it isn't available on your browser, please email it to registrar@c4sem.org.

 

Military candidates who selected the C4SEM LACAS 25% deferred plan must contact student services at (888) 248-9841.
