Note: Contact us for availability and an updated schedule. If you are registering for a group or self-hosted, agency-hosted, church, or community-hosted classes, please contact us directly at least 30 days in advance. The registrar will review your submission and if C4SEM can accommodate your request we will send you a confirmation email. Typically, these notices are sent out no later than 2 weeks before the program start or the event's date.

General Policy:

  1. Enrollment in our classes is completed online and requires payment at time of registration.  Space is limited and given on a first come, first served basis.

  2. Some of our classes require at least six participants to run. If the class minimum is not met, it is cancelled with at least a 48-hour notice. You can enroll in another or rescheduled class or receive credit in the same form as the payment that was made for the class.  You can also schedule a private class, which will require an additional fee.

  3. If you need to cancel prior to the class, you will receive a refund of 50% of your deposit.

  4. Special Events and groups:

    • If you need to cancel an event 14 days prior to the event, you will receive a refund of 50% of your deposit.

    • If you need to cancel an event less than 14 days prior to the event, you will receive a refund of 25% of your deposit.

    •  If you need to reschedule an event that you are hosting at your location, we will charge of 10% of your deposit for rescheduling fee.

    •  If you need to reschedule an event, we will charge of 25% of your deposit for rescheduling fee.

  5. Please do not come to class if you are sick.  Thank you for your understanding.

  6. Wear comfortable clothing and footwear.

  7. No loaded firearm or ammo in the classroom.
