Process Serving Service

• Your service will include 3 attempts. A professional process server will attempt delivery within 5 days.

• We will perform service according to the rules of civil procedure for the court shown on your document(s).

• After service, we will email your signed, ready-to-file, affidavit of service.

• If service is not possible, we will give you a detailed explanation of why and a signed declaration of diligent attempts. You'll have the option to provide another address or get help locating the individual you are serving.

Additional rates may apply:

• for remote areas

• for weekends, holidays, or specific dates and time request

• Each address is a separate charge

• Request for Same Day service must be placed before 10:00 am
